Addendum

Declarations to be included in a promise to lease:
-No smoking of any kind in private or common areas;
-Prohibition on vaping, consuming or growing cannabis or
any other drug in the property and common areas;
Non-smoking condo.
No airbnb or short-term rentals.
-No subletting.
-No pets.
Tenants must provide proof of employment and credit rating
in good standing with any
promise to lease.
- Criminal background check required.
-Rent to be paid on the first day of each month by
automatic bank transfer.
-All costs associated with moving in or out of the condo
must be covered by the tenant.
-Tenant's liability insurance must be provided upon signing
the lease and must cover the amount of $2,000,000. This
insurance must be renewed every year.
- The tenant must comply at all times with the regulations
of the Syndicat de Copropriété of the building.
- Annex to be signed with lease.

Inclusions : All appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer/dryer), garage.

Exclusions : Electricity, heating, hot water.
