Building Amenities: Heated indoor pool, Exercise room, Dry
Sauna, party/ reception room, 24hrs surveillance cameras.

Conditions:
1. No smoking of any kind inside of private portion or
common areas;
2. No vaping , no consumption or growth of marijuana or any
drug in the property and in the common
areas;
3. No animals are permitted.
4. No AIRBNB
5. Liability insurance of 2 million valid entire period of
the lease;
6. The lessee must make sure at his departure to leave the
apartment clean and free of waste or
personal effects.
7. Credit check required
8. Letter of employment required.
9. Every 6 months there will be an inspection of the unit.
10. Condo Rules scheduled to be provided and signed by the
Lessee at signing of Lease.
11. The syndicate of Presidential Towers holds a key to the
Unit at the main office.
12. The syndicate of the Presidential Towers has the right
to enter the Unit for Emergencies
purposes and inspections by City and syndicate.
13. Once per year, there is an annual fire inspection of
the building by law, the Lessor must be
home to provide entrance to the Unit or be aware that if
unable to be open the Syndicate will
enter the unit to complete inspection.
14. Renewal Date of the lease shall be July 1st 2026

Inclusions : Microwave, Fridge, stove, dishwasher, 1 locker, 1 garage parking space, hydro, hot water

Exclusions : Internet, cable, washer and dryer
